Cash On Delivery - T&C

The availability of the ‘Cash on Delivery’ (CoD) option is subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms may change from time to time without notice, and shall be effective from the date of their publication on this website. These terms have been updated on 27th March 2023.

  1. Rs. 50/- will be charged extra for all the Cash On Delivery orders.
  2. Cash On Delivery orders will be booked only if your pin code is serviceable for CoD by our Courier Partners.
  3. Cash on Delivery is not provided on orders above Rs 10000/- .
  4. ONLY CASH payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the CoD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques, UPI or any other electronic payment will not be accepted for orders booked under the CoD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-O-D payment.
  5. Customers are requested to check the ordered items at delivery, before making a cash on delivery payment.
  6. After customer has placed the order, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Once orders are dispatched, we will be sending you an email with your tracking details. Our logistics partner will contact you by SMS on the day of the delivery. In case the addressee is not available, the intimation letter will be issued in the address and customer has to contact the carrier using the contact details mentioned in the intimation letter within 6 days.
  7. Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

  8. If a customer fails to successfully receive two consecutive COD orders, where the payment for the order is not made upon delivery, and the order is subsequently returned to the store, the customer's account will be flagged for COD restrictions.

    As a result, the customer will no longer be eligible to place any future COD orders. However, they will still be able to place orders that are paid in advance.

Terms and Conditions in Kannada (ಕನ್ನಡ):

‘ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ’ (CoD) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ದೊರೆಯುವಿಕೆಯು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ನಿಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸುಳಿವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರ್‍ಪಡಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಮಿಂದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ೨೦೨೩ ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ೨೭ ರಂದು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

 

1. ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ, ರೂ.೫೦/- ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನಮ್ಮ ಕೊರಿಯರ್ ಪಾಲುಗಾರರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿನ್‌ಕೋಡ್‌ಗೆ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಏರ್ಪಾಟು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ, ನಾವು ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

3. ರೂ.10000/- ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ದೊರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4. ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ತಲುಪಿಸುವಾಗ ಬರೀ ನಗದು ಹಣ ಮಾತ್ರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಡಿಮಾಂಡ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್/ಚೆಕ್, ಯುಪಿಐ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಪಾವತಿ ಬಗೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಬರೀ ನಗದು ಹಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡುವ ಪಾವತಿಯ ಬಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. CoD ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಇ-ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ವೌಚರ್ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಮಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. CoD ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಹೊರನಾಡಿನ ಹಣ ಬಳಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

5. ಆರ್ಡರ್ ತಲುಪಿದಾಗ, ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ, ತಾವು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದುದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ತಲುಪಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ನೋಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ.

6. ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಹಂತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರಕುಮನೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಗಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಅದರ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿವರಗಳಿರುವ ಮಿಂಚೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆರ್ಡರ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಸೇರುವ ದಿನ, ಕೊರಿಯರ್‌ನವರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಎಮ್‌ಎಸ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಂದುವೇಳೆ ವಿಳಾಸದಾರರು ದೊರಕದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದೇ ವಿಳಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ತಿಳಿವೋಲೆ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ೬ ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ತಿಳಿವೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೊರಿಯರ್‌ನವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು.

7. ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಾನೂನುವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

8. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಎರಡು COD ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಣಕೊಟ್ಟು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದೇ, ಅವು ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಹರಿವು ಬುಕ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಂತಹ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತು ಮಾಡಿಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಮುಂದೆ COD ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಹಣಕೊಟ್ಟು ತಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
